Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation - Process payments using cash register or POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Basic culinary knowledge is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales skills and ability to upsell to customers Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
